'de Warwick' cup by Ferdinand Barbedienne, created around 1860. Made of gilded bronze with a red marble base, the same marble used for Napoleon's tomb. Features polychrome cloisonné enamels, a Greek-style foliage and flower frieze, and four carved bronze faces. Double scroll handles with Napoleonic interlacements. The gilded bronze base, both round and square, bears the signature of F. Barbedienne.
