Augusto Romano
Wooden sideboard by Torinese School
Height: 104 cm Width: 219.5 cm Depth: 52 cm
Italian wooden sideboard made by the Turin School in the 1950s and attributed to Augusto Romano. The sideboard is made entirely of fine honey-colored wood. It consists of four central doors, the two on the left accommodate two wooden shelves, the two on the right accommodate compartments: 2 shelves, 6 drawers. There are no protruding handles to open the doors, but the wood is carved in a beautiful asymmetrical shape. The sideboard is supported by 4 feet that create a V shape, also made of wood.
