Carlo Mollino
Extremely Rare Carlo Mollino Armchair, published, 1950
Height: 85 cm Width: 79 cm Depth: 81 cm Seat: 39 cm
Very rare armchair designed by Carlo Mollino in the 1950s. The armchair is of fine Italian manufacture by Apelli and Varesio. The structure is particularly enveloping thanks to the roundness of the lines. There is no lack of attention to ergonomics: a cushion in the lower part of the backrest provides back support. The very elegant armchair is upholstered in verge velvet. It rests on four conical wooden feet. The rarity and beauty of this piece make it suitable for the most avid collectors.
