Vintage Patinated Silver Cheese Bowls, 1940
Height: 7,5 cm Width: 10,5 cm Depth: 15 cm
Pair of vintage Silver-plated metal cheese bowls from the 1940s, fine Italian craftsmanship.
The pair is made entirely of silver, now more burnished due to time, but which can always be polished and renewed.
The two are both round. The base is oval and supports the wider central body.
Being a cheesemaker its shape is peculiar, in fact the base acts as a container has a cylindrical shape cut diagonally, over which the lid goes to rest to protect the contents.
The handle is also peculiar: in fact it has an asymmetrical shape but of hard lines, thin and low.
They are ideal for dinners or lunches.
