Titina Ammanati and G.Vitelli leather armchair for Brunati, 1960
Height: 89 cm Width: 81 cm Depth: 75 cm Seat Height: 30 cm
Gorgeous brown leather armchair designed by Titina Ammanati and Giampiero Vitelli in the 1960s for the Italian manufacturer Brunati. The armchair has a load-bearing frame made of black painted iron. There are four load-bearing legs; the two rear ones are absolutely lying and are joined by a tubular tube, also made of the same curved material, which gives the seat its shape. The two front legs are also very reclined. The seat is made of beautiful brown leather, original to the period. The backrest is very high and is attached to the frame because from the legs rise two tubular structures, on either side, within which the backrest, also made of leather, fits. The armchair has the special feature of being foldable. The armchair is very beautiful and is suitable for vintage settings.
