Ignazio Gardella
Italian Rare Table in Iron and Wood, 1950
Height: 80 cm Width: 115 cm Depth: 115 cm
Important Italian table designed by the Italian great architect in the 1950s. The table has a hexagonal shape and its top is made of wood veneer. Elegant in its form, the table top's sinuous veins of wood lend importance to its design. At the edges of the circumference of the top we find a scaling in the wood inside.
The table pedestal is made of four iron elements with nickel-plated brass joints. The table is the perfect piece of furniture for design houses and modernist collectors.
In very very good condition, light scratches.
